Miami Beach is a coastal resort city in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. It was incorporated on March 26, 1915. According to the United States Census Bureau, Miami Beach has a total area of 18.7 sq mi, of which 7.0 sq mi is land and 11.7 sq mi is water. Miami Beach’s population is 82,890 according to the 2020 census. It has been one of America’s pre-eminent beach resorts since the early 20th century. In 1979, Miami Beach’s Art Deco Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

You can also head north using the Brightline Train to get to downtown Fort Lauderdale pr West Palm Beach, and soon to Disney World in Orlando without the need for a vehicle. Perfect for tourists or locals.
